Charcoal Grill & Salad Bar Keisuke
At Charcoal-Grill & Salad Bar Keisuke, we use sumiyaki (charcoal-grill) which is a method of cooking similar to that of barbecue whereby food items are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. The menu at Charcoal-Grill & Salad Bar Keisuke is focused on traditional fish dishes enjoyed by the Japanese – Mackerel, Salmon and Black Cod fish. Diners can look forward to an authentic style of Japanese gozen (set meal) which comes with miso soup and onsen egg. Additionally, each set will come with a serving of traditional Japanese rice cooked in a small iron pot for diners to enjoy freshly cooked rice. The free flow salad bar offered a variety of more than 30 types of Japanese osousai (side dishes).
